Nice Service from front desk to housekeeping...Room was Clean especially the bathroom..Bed was Comfy..I'll definitely be staying at this motel anytime I'm in town!!!
Nice quiet place. Rooms are cleaned daily. Older motel, staff is friendly and they keep it very clean. Stayed for a month and never saw even one bug. Only draw back is no ice machine. We just keep ice in our cooler.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The night time clerk was nice. The room was decent and it didn't smell bad. The bathroom is very small and I wasn't to fond of the shower. Other than that for the price it was ok. My husband didn't like the fact that the lady came knocking on the door early in the morning talking about room check...

For a solo trip or a working man the budget and rooms are great. Personally, the outside looks of the motel had me thinking twice but it was surprising a bit better than I imagined and looked better than the pictures I viewed online. Rooms were clean and so far kept that way daily. Owners/Staff were friendly from the start and have accommodated every request well. Room did have a strong smoke odor but I am a smoker so wasn't a bad thing for me. The TV,fridge and microwave are in an od position in the room though it did not make my stay any better not worse. Ive been on beds that were WAY worse and obviously been on better. Overall, friendly, clean, quiet, met all my needs for the week and did it at a price I cannot complain about one bit when you consider I'm in a Midland motel every single week and nearly every other motel in town is priced near $1000 for a 5 day stay from Sunday evening to checkout Friday morning.
Nice family owned place, great weekly rates, clean. A kitchenette would have been good but very nice 2 week stay. Helpful and friendly staff.
